November is filled with opportunities to promote Diabetes Awareness Month—show your support by participating in organized events throughout your community or donate to any one of the numerous diabetes organizations. Join a run/walk to raise money, share healthy lifestyle tips with a friend or loved one who is living with diabetes.
And don't forget about you! You work hard every day to manage your diabetes, and you deserve cheering on! Take 5 minutes every day to remember your efforts to stay healthy…and be proud! Pat yourself on the back, give yourself a high-five, or do a little dance—whatever makes you happy and strong.
